Become a Smart Shopper

The Program

Smart Shopper is a program pioneered by Lynn Groce, a veteran of social service. In the program, students learn the basics of how to manage their finances. From making a budget and buying cheap groceries to eliminating non-essentials, Smart Shopper gives those in need the tools they need to stretch what they already have. Additional sections on eliminating debt, planning for retirement, and home ownership are also included.
